Configuring A Reply-To Email Address
The ‘Reply-To’ Email Address is determined by the ‘Default Incoming’ checkbox in the relevant Email Account settings.
Prerequisites:
Ensure that you have an email address registered in the ‘Email Account’ section for the desired email address, such as ‘[email protected]‘.
Steps:
- Open the record for the email address ‘[email protected]‘ in the ‘Email Account’ section.
- Check the ‘Enable Incoming’ checkbox, followed by the ‘Default Incoming’ checkbox.
- Enabling the ‘Default Incoming’ checkbox will automatically assign this email as the ‘Reply-To’ address (see the sample screenshot below).
