Non-Conformance

Non-conformance is an observation that any individual within the organization can report to document instances of non-compliance with a particular procedure.

Once Quality Procedures are established, the objective of a quality-focused organization is to ensure their adherence. This guarantees consistent quality and adherence to parameters in line with customer expectations. Failure to follow these procedures results in an observation being recorded via a Non-Conformance (NC) in quality systems.

In BizCentric, you can initiate a Non-Conformance by specifying the Quality Procedure against which it was observed, maintaining its status, and documenting corrective and preventive actions.

2. How to Create a Non Conformance

  1. Go to Quality > Non Conformance or find the Quality Procedure and click on + from the dashboard.
  2. Record your observations.
  3. Record corrective / preventive actions if any.
  4. Update status.
