Access Log is a security feature that logs all data exports by all users in the system.

It serves as a tool for System Managers to monitor the files accessed or exported by users within the system. This functionality proves valuable for tracking sensitive company information such as transactions or financial data.

Access logs are created in the following events:

• Printing of all Forms and Reports
• Private file downloading
• Exporting via XLSX/CSV formats

In BizCentric, Access Log is available to System Managers, it can be accessed using the Global Search or through:

Home > Users and Permissions > Logs > Access Log

If an access log is generated upon exporting a report, a “Show Report” button will be provided within the corresponding log entry. Clicking this button enables viewing the exported report along with the applied filters.

Likewise, a “Show Document” button appears for events directly related to documents, such as document printing and downloading of private files.

Events such as Raw Printing save information along with the chosen template for the document.
