To effectively manage the assessment processes in your institute using BizCentric, you should follow these steps to set up the necessary masters in the Assessment module:

1. Assessment Criteria: Define the criteria based on which assessments will be conducted.
2. Assessment Group: Organize assessments into groups for better categorization and management.
3. Grading Scale: Establish the scale for grading student performance in assessments.

Once you have configured these masters and defined the Student Groups and Courses, you can proceed to schedule assessments or examinations by creating an Assessment Plan.

After conducting assessments, you can record the results for each student by creating Assessment Results. Utilize the Assessment Result Tool to efficiently generate Assessment Results in bulk. Simply select the Assessment Plan, and the tool will fetch all students belonging to the specified Student Group. Then, you can swiftly input the marks attained by each student for every Assessment Criterion in a single row.
