Asset Maintenance Log

Asset Maintenance Log logs the tasks carried out in an Asset Maintenance.

For every task listed in Asset Maintenance, an Asset Maintenance Log is automatically generated to monitor upcoming maintenance activities. This log includes details such as status, completion date, and actions performed. The subsequent due date is calculated based on the completion date recorded here, and a new Asset Maintenance Log is then generated accordingly.

2. Options in Asset Maintenance Log

A draft of the Asset Maintenance Log is generated as per the schedule defined in the Asset Maintenance form. To submit an Asset Maintenance Log, the status of the Asset Maintenance must be either ‘Completed’ or ‘Canceled’.

  • The status options for the Asset Maintenance Log include ‘Planned’, ‘Completed’, ‘Canceled’, or ‘Overdue’.
  • Extra notes can be included in the Actions performed section to provide a detailed description of the activity.
