Bulk Payment Entry

If you want to create a single payment entry adjusting against multiple invoices, follow the steps given below.

  1. Create a “New Payment Entry.” Choose a Party Type and Party.
  2. Upon selecting a Party, all outstanding invoices for that Customer/Supplier will be retrieved.
  3. Input the Payment Amount.
  4. Allocate the amount to invoices/orders as required.
  5. Save and Submit the Payment Entry.
