Collaborating Around Forms

In BizCentric, each form incorporates specific tools integrated into the system, facilitating collaboration with other users within your account for swift and transparent operations.

Below are the tools available in each document for collaborating with other users in your BizCentric account.

Assigned to

If a document necessitates action from a specific user, you can assign the document to that user. Upon assignment, the user will receive a notification via email. You can find more information about this feature by clicking here.

Comments

The “Comments” feature serves as a useful alternative for recording information that is not directly related to the transaction in many documents.

Share

You can share a document with a specific user in your BizCentric account. Irrespective of their roles or permissions, a User will be able to access a document shared with them.

Tags

You can also add tags to different Documents to classify them into categories. Click here to know more about tags.

Reviews

For each document, there’s an option to provide reviews for any user involved in the document. This encompasses users to whom the document was assigned and those who have commented on it. Users can earn review points through the Energy Point System.
