All sales transactions, such as Sales Orders and Sales Invoices, include a Rounded Total, which is derived from the Grand Total value. Additionally, the Rounded Total is displayed in the Standard Print Formats.

Note: The Rounded Total is a feature present in Sales transactions.

Nevertheless, if you desire to deactivate this feature, you can proceed with the steps outlined below to conceal the rounded total from the Standard Print Formats across all sales transactions.

Step 1: Go to Global Defaults

From the Awesome Bar search for Global Defaults

Step 2: Disable Rounded Total

Check Disable Rounded Total, and click on save.

To confirm the modifications, it is recommended to clear the cache and/or refresh your BizCentric account. Subsequently, your print formats will no longer display values for the Rounded Total.

Note: This setting will only affect Standard Print formats.
