All Product Listing pages contain a Search bar that lets users quickly search for Website Items or Item Groups. It also stores recent searches that you can click on and reuse.

RediSearch

By default, BizCentric performs a simple DB search, but you can optionally choose to use RediSearch for super-fast search instead.

Go to > E Commerce Settings > Item Search Settings > Check Enable Redisearch

Configurable Fields 

In addition to rapid search functionality, you have the ability to customize the fields that the search feature will consider. Simply list the desired fields separated by commas in the Search Index Fields text box to make them searchable.

For example, including “brand” in these fields enables searches based on brands. Typing a brand name, such as ‘Apple’, should yield results where the brand is ‘Apple’.

The search results will be derived from values present in all the fields listed in the Search Index Fields text box.
