Email Error in Sending or Receiving

In BizCentric, you have the option to customize both the Incoming and Outgoing Email Gateway settings. When you save an Email Account, BizCentric attempts to establish a connection with your email gateway. If the connection is successful, the Email Account is saved without any issues. However, if a connection cannot be established, you may encounter an error message like the one below.

This error indicates that BizCentric is unable to connect to your email server using the login credentials and other details provided in the Email Account settings. To resolve this issue, please ensure that you have entered valid email credentials for your Email Gateway. Once you have successfully configured the Email Account, you should be able to send and receive emails from your BizCentric account without any problems.

Please note that by default, your BizCentric account is connected to a BizCentric email server. If you prefer not to use your own email server, you can continue sending emails using the BizCentric email server without needing to configure any settings in the Email Account.
