Employee Attendance Tool
Employee Attendance Tool allows you to mark the attendance of multiple employees for a particular date.
To access the Employee Attendance Tool, go to:
Home > Human Resources > Attendance > Employee Attendance Tool
This tool enables swift addition of attendance records for multiple employees, categorized by their Department and Branch, for a specific day.

Before creating an Employee Attendance, it is advised that you create the following first:
2. How to mark attendance using Employee Attendance Tool
- Specify the Date.
- Optionally, choose the Department and Branch.
- Select the Employees.
- Indicate their attendance status: Present, Absent, or Half Day.
- Additionally, you can assign shifts and flag employees for Late Entry or Early Exit from this interface.
- The Marked Attendance table below displays all employees for whom attendance has been recorded, along with their respective statuses. You can utilize column filters to locate specific employees or those with particular statuses within this table.
Note: Attendance cannot be recorded for future dates.
Once the attendance is marked using the Employee Attendance Tool, the employee attendance is saved in the Attendance record.
