Employee Transfer
Employee Transfer refers to an internal mobility process wherein an employee transitions from one position to another, often involving a change in location, department, or unit within the organization.
Within BizCentric HR, you can document employee transfers to different companies or departments using the Employee Transfer form.
To access Employee Transfer, go to:
> Human Resource > Employee Lifecycle > Employee Transfer

2. How to create an Employee Transfer
- Select the Employee.
- Select the Transfer Date.
- Select the New Company in case the Employee is transferred to a different company (optional).
- In the Employee Transfer Details table, select the Property and set the Current and New value.
- Additionally, ‘Create New Employee’ checkbox can be checked to create a new Employee ID for the transferred Employee.
Note: If the “Create New Employee ID” option is selected, a new employee will be generated with the specified property alterations in the Transfer Details table, and the previous employee will be marked as relieved. Leave allocations for the new employee must be manually established from the Leave Period.
Note: The Transfer document can be submitted on or after the Transfer Date. Upon submission, all modifications listed in the Transfer Details table will be applied to the employee.
