Employment Type

You can hire individuals under various categories, each with its specific wage and leave entitlements. This classification is referred to as an Employment Type.

BizCentric HR enables you to choose an Employment Type from a predefined list or even generate a new one tailored to your specific needs.

To access the Employment Type, go to:

Home > Human Resources > Employee > Employment Type

1. How to create an Employment Type

  1. Go to the Employment Type list, click on New.
  2. Enter the Name of the Employment Type.
  3. Save.

The Employment Type can be linked to the Employee master.

  1. Employment Type
  2. Branch
  3. Department
  4. Designation
  5. Employee Grade
