Exotel Integration
This integration enables you to incorporate Exotel seamlessly into your BizCentric account, facilitating the direct saving of leads and their corresponding phone numbers captured through Exotel into your BizCentric platform.
1. Features
Monitor inbound calls within your BizCentric account and display a pop-up containing pertinent lead or customer details to employees upon receiving an incoming call.
2. How to setup
2.1 Setup your Exotel account
Access your Exotel account and navigate to the App Bazar section. Create a new application to establish a fresh workflow tailored to your preferences.
- Note: Substitute <your-site> in the URL with your site’s name.
- Note: Ensure to enable “Make Passthru Async” for proper functionality.
- Note: Make sure to check “Make Passthru Async” for optimal performance.
Save the configured workflow and proceed to assign this newly created application to your ExoPhone, the device through which you receive your business calls.
2.2 Setup in BizCentric
- Access the ‘Exotel Settings’ from the Awesome Bar.
- Input your “Exotel SID” and “Exotel Token” obtained from your Exotel Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Communication Medium section.
- Add your ExoPhone and establish its schedule.
- Ensure that employees receive pop-ups based on this schedule.
