The Grant Application feature is tailored for organizations involved in distributing funds to others, such as grant seekers.

Grants represent non-repayable funds or products provided by grantmakers, including government departments, corporations, foundations, or trusts, to recipients, which can include nonprofit entities, educational institutions, businesses, or individuals. Typically, in order to secure a grant, applicants must undergo a “Grant Writing” process, often involving the submission of a proposal or application.

Most grants are designated to support specific projects and entail certain compliance and reporting requirements. The grant writing procedure typically entails applicants submitting proposals or submissions to potential funders, either proactively or in response to a Request for Proposal. Some grants are also awarded to individuals, such as those affected by natural disasters or individuals seeking to start small businesses. In some cases, grantmakers may stipulate that grant seekers possess tax-exempt status, be registered nonprofit organizations, or local governments.

The Grant Application feature facilitates the grant writing process, allowing for review by assessment managers and subsequent decision-making by the organization regarding the disbursement of grant funds to applicants.

The Grant Application document type enables the recording of details pertaining to grant applicants.

To Generate Online Grant Application go to:

> My Account on website > Grant Application from sidebar > Apply for new Grant Application.

To Generate Grant Application go to:

> Non Profit > Grant Application > New.

Email: Email is a mandatory field.

Organization: Organization is data field contain organization name set as name field in BizCentric.

Address and Contact Section: This Section linked to address and contact doctypes.

Grant Application Details Section: This section contains information about grant description.

Amount: Amount field describe requested amount by an applicant.

Route: Route field leave blank it will automatically create route path grant-application/organization_name

Assessment Result Section: In This section when status field selected as received, send Grant Review Email button appear on the top right corner which sends grant URL to Assessment Manager.

After reviewing grant. Grant Assessment Manager scale application at 0 – 9 point and left a note about a grant.
