When sending email notifications in BizCentric, there are instances where we require the document ID to be included in the email message as a hyperlink. For instance, if we’ve set up a reminder (notification) for every new Material Request, we’d want the link to the new Material Request to be sent in the email as well. To configure this, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Notification list and click on New.
2. Create a new Notification for any DocType. In this case, we’ll use an example of sending an Email Notification for every new Material Request.
3. To include the document ID of the associated record as a hyperlink.
4. Now, when a new Material Request is created, the following email will be received as per the configured Notification.

By clicking on the link, you will be directed to the new Material Request.
