In the reports, Letter Head is fetched from the Company master.
To have the company’s Letter Head fetched correctly in the report, please ensure that you have updated the default Letter Head in the Company master.
Explore > Accounting > Company
If no default Letterhead is set in the Company master, the reports will fetch the Letterhead with the Default field checked.
If you manage multiple companies within a single BizCentric account, it’s essential to ensure that each company has a default Letterhead set in the Company master.
Once you update the Letterhead in the Company master, refresh your BizCentric account, and then review the print format of a report.
