Manufacturing Dashboard

To access the Manufacturing Dashboard, go to:

> Home > Customization > Dashboard > Manufacturing

Number Cards

  1. Monthly Total Work Orders: This displays the total count of Work Orders in the Open, In Progress, and Completed states. Work Orders created one month before the current date are included in this count.
  2. Monthly Completed Work Orders: This shows the total count of Work Orders that are in the Completed state. Work Orders created one month before the current date are included in this count.
  3. Ongoing Job Cards: This indicates the total count of Job Cards that are not in the Completed state.
  4. Monthly Quality Inspections: This presents the total count of Quality Inspection records in the Submitted state. Quality Inspection records created one month before the current date are included in this count.

Dashboard

Upon opening the Manufacturing module, you’ll find several preconfigured graphs reports on the dashboard. These reports are entirely customizable, allowing you to select what information to display, hide, and configure the metrics used for the reports.

Produced Quantity

The chart provides data on the total quantity produced (utilizing Work Orders) over the past year, segmented on a quarterly basis. Users also have the option to view the chart data on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

Completed Operation

The chart displays information regarding the total number of operations completed in the last year, presented on a quarterly basis. Users can also access the chart data based on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

Work Order Analysis

This chart provides information about the distribution of Work Orders across different statuses such as Not Started, In Process, Stopped, and Completed. The Donut chart presents data based on Work Orders from the previous year. Users can adjust the date range by clicking on the Filter button.

Quality Inspection Analysis

This chart displays information about the number of Quality Inspections categorized by Accepted and Rejected status. It is presented in a donut chart format and reflects data from quality inspections conducted in the past year. You can adjust the date range by clicking on the Filter button.

Pending Work Orders

The chart provides details regarding the number of pending Work Orders categorized by aging days. The aging days are determined by calculating the difference between the current date and the planned start or actual start date.

Last Month Downtime Analysis

The chart provides information on the total downtime of each machine in minutes for the previous month. This assists operators in identifying machines that have experienced poor performance and may require maintenance.

Work Order Quantity Analysis

The chart displays information on the total quantities pending and completed for work orders each month over the past year.

Job Card Analysis

The chart will give information about the total number of Job Cards which are in the Pending and Completed states every month for the last year.
