The Manufacturing module provides multiple reports for tracking Work Order progress, production analytics, BOM reports, and other insights.

These reports offer the option to incorporate visual representation through charts. To enable this feature, simply click on the ‘Set Chart’ button.

Open Work Orders

Displays the open Work Orders that have not commenced production.

Work in Progress Report

This report displays work orders that have commenced and are currently in progress. These work orders are categorized with the status ‘In Process’.

Isued Items Against Work Order

This report presents items that have been issued to a Work Order and subsequently transferred to the Work in Progress Warehouse.

Completed Work Orders

This report presents Work Orders that have been completed, with all quantities manufactured.

Production Analytics

This report shows the overall analytics of all Work Orders.

BOM Search

This report allows you to search for specific BOMs based on the raw material items used in them and then open them. It’s particularly useful when managing a large number of BOMs.

BOM Stock Report

When selecting a BOM in this report, the quantities of raw materials in the warehouses will be displayed. Items with insufficient quantities are highlighted in red, while those with enough quantity to manufacture the BOM item are highlighted in green.
