Personal Data Download

As part of GDPR compliance measures, BizCentric offers a Personal Data Download feature.

The Personal Data Download tool allows users to automatically retrieve all the personal data they’ve generated while using BizCentric. This encompasses personally identifiable information from their user account, such as username, full name, birth date, phone numbers, mobile numbers, location, interests, bio, email signature, email, contacts, addresses, communications, and more. Additionally, it encompasses data from Leads and Opportunities, including saved details like phone numbers, mobile numbers, fax, website, and names.

1. How to request user data download

  1. To begin downloading data, the user has to logged in and visit [hostname]/request-data (e.g. ngt-tech.com/request-data) in the URL field.
  2. After submitting your request, you will receive a success response.
  3. This will send an email with a download link of the data to the email address associated with the user.

The file available for download will be in the JSON format.

2. Personal Data Download Request DocType

The request is documented in the DocType “Personal Data Download Request,” and the file link sent to the user via email is also appended to this document. You can locate the “Personal Data Download Request” by using the search bar.
