Project Update

A Project Update serves as the status report for the Project, which can be disseminated to all Project stakeholders.

Whenever there’s a need to inform stakeholders about the Project’s progress, a Project Update can be shared with them.

To access Project Update, go to:

> Home > Projects > Projects > Project Update

1. How to Create a Project Update

  1. Navigate to the Project Update List and select “New.”
  2. Specify the name of the Project for which you wish to provide an update.
  3. In the Child Table, add the names of the Users to whom you intend to send the Project Update.
  4. These Users may include customers or other internal or external stakeholders.
  5. Save and submit the update.

Upon submission of the Project Update, an email containing project updates is dispatched to the designated stakeholders.

1.1. Additional Details

Upon expanding the table containing the names of Users, you can include the following information:

  • You have the option to decide whether to send a Welcome Email to a specific User when sending them the Project Update.
  • You can designate whether a particular User should have access to view Attachments in the Project Update.
  • You can provide a description of the Current Stage of the Project in the ‘Project Status‘ field.
