Quality Feedback
Quality Feedback pertains to the opinions and comments that customers provide regarding their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the products or services offered.
Quality Feedback encompasses various fields designed to evaluate different aspects. Customers or users can conveniently offer their feedback by selecting a template to rate different parameters and provide qualitative feedback accordingly.
Additionally, parameters can be retrieved using a Quality Feedback Template, which stores predefined information for selection in the Quality Feedback process.
If the received feedback deviates from expectations, a Quality Action may be initiated based on the severity of the feedback.
To access Quality Feedback, go to:
Home > Quality > Feedback > Quality Feedback
1. How to create a Quality Feedback
- Go to the Quality Feedback list, click on New.
- Select whether Feedback is by a customer or a User (BizCentric account User).
- Select the particular Customer or User.
- Selecting a Quality Feedback Template will automatically populate the parameters for the Quality Feedback.
- The date will be automatically set to the current date.
- The Parameters table has the following columns:
- Parameter: Various Parameters that are pre-defined in the Quality Feedback Template you create.
- Rating: Rating for a parameter from 1 to 5.
- Feedback: Feedback based on the given Rating.
- Save.
