Quick Stock Balance is a tool that can be used to quickly retrieve the current stock balance (quantity) and value of an item, in the specified warehouse, on the specified date.
It comes in handy during audits, while verifying stock details before transactions, etc.
To access this tool, go to:
Home > Stock > Tools > Quick Stock Balance
The fundamental fields necessary for leveraging Quick Stock Balance are Item and Warehouse. Additionally, Item Barcode can be utilized to retrieve stock details.
You have the option to choose a different warehouse or date. The stock quantity and value will be dynamically fetched based on the specified parameters.
You can also access the Stock Balance report by selecting ‘Stock Balance Report’. This action redirects you to the report with pre-populated filters for Item and Warehouse.
