Restaurant Order Entry

The Restaurant Order Entry screen is where waitstaff can input orders specific to a designated table.

This interface simplifies the process for waitstaff to input orders from different tables.

When a guest submits an order, the waiter selects the table number and adds items in the Order Entry. This can be modified until it’s time to generate the bill. Until a table is billed, item changes can be made, and they will automatically reflect when the table ID is selected.

To place an order, select an item and press the enter key to update it in the items table.

Alternatively, items can be chosen using the POS-style item selector.

Billing

When it’s time to process the bill, simply select the bill and specify the customer and payment method. Upon saving, a Sales Invoice is generated, and the order section is cleared.

To print the invoice, simply click on the “Invoice Link” and proceed to print the invoice.
