Restore Deleted Documents

Use Case: Need to restore/ retrieve the documents that were deleted.
Steps:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Deleted Documents (or search for “Deleted Document list” in the search bar).
  2. Locate the deleted document by searching or filtering based on the Deleted DocType.
  3. Click on the “Restore” button provided. Take note of the Data box, which displays information about various fields of the document. This helps ensure that you are restoring the correct document.
  4. Upon clicking the Restore button, the document is restored in Draft State with a new name according to the Naming Series.
  5. You can access the newly restored document directly through the “Open” button or by searching for it in the respective document’s list (in this case, the Purchase Order list).
