E Commerce Settings > Add-ons > Enable Reviews and Ratings

Once this is done, there will be a provision in every Website Item’s page to leave a review on the product.

Who can leave reviews?

Users who are registered as Customers within the system will have access to the Write a Review button. Additionally, these users must hold the Customer Role to be authorized to submit reviews.

The system automatically computes the average Reviews and presents a summary.
