Salary Slip from Timesheet
1. How to Create a Salary Slip from A Timesheet
- Once the Timesheet is submitted, and an invoice has been generated, go to the Timesheet and click on ‘Create Salary Slip’.
- All the details, like the Employee, Employee Name, Posting Date, Company Name, Letter Head, etc. will get captured from the Timesheet.
- Dates: As this Salary Slip is generated from a Timesheet, the Start Date and End Date will be automatically retrieved from the Timesheet. However, these can be modified if needed.
- Salary Slip Timesheet: The Timesheet details used to create the Salary Slip will be captured. Additionally, you can include more Timesheets here to consolidate multiple Timesheets into a single Salary Slip.
- Save and submit.
1.1. Additional Details while Creating a Salary Slip form a Time Sheet:
- Earnings and Deductions: This section allows for the inclusion of any earnings, such as HRA and incentives, or deductions, such as income tax and provident fund, in the Salary derived from the Timesheet.
- Other Information: Based on the Employee’s Salary Structure, the Gross payment details, Loan Repayment information, and Net Pay information will be automatically recorded.
