Sales Partner

Sales Partners are individuals or organizations that aid in generating business for you.

In BizCentric, Sales Partners may be referred to by various titles such as Channel Partner, Distributor, Dealer, Agent, Retailer, Implementation Partner, Reseller, and more.

Each Sales Partner can have a defined commission rate. When a Sales Partner is chosen in transactions, their commission is calculated based on the Net Total of the Sales Order/Invoice or Delivery Note.

To access Sales Partner, go to: > Home > Selling > Sales Partner

1. How to Create a Sales Partner

  1. Go to the Sales Partner list, click on New.
  2. Enter the Sales Partner name and the Commission Rate.
  3. You can also select the type of Sales Partner you’re creating to identify if they’re a Reseller or Retailer, and so on.
  4. Save.

2. Features

2.1 Address and Contact

You have the capability to include and monitor a Sales Partner’s addresses and contact information. These details can be entered within the Address & Contacts section of a Sales Partner.

2.2 Sales Partner Target

You have the ability to assign targets for each Item Group and Territory, based on quantity and amount. Targets can be allocated by Territory or Month to gain further insights. For more information, please refer to Related Topics.

2.3 Including Sales Partners in Your Website

To feature your Partner’s name on your website, check the “Show in Website” checkbox. Once selected, you’ll find a field where you can upload your partner’s company logo and provide a brief introduction. Additionally, you have the option to include an internal description for reference purposes.

2.4 Track Sales via Sales Partner

A Sales Partner plays an active role in generating leads for your company’s products/services. To monitor the performance of each sales partner, utilize Referral Codes and their respective URLs.

Ensure the URL is shared with the sales partner for integration into their website or campaign.

3. Sales Partner Reports

3.1 Sales Partner Commission Summary

To get Sales Order wise Sales Partner commission data.

3.2 Sales Partner Transaction Summary

To get Sales Order item-wise Sales Partner commission data.

3.3 Sales Partner Target Variance

This report offers insights into the variance between target and actual performance of Sales Partners, derived from Sales Order, Sales Invoice, or Delivery Note data. Users can view this report periodically, such as Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly.
