Sales Reports

You have the ability to view the sales performance of your company, analyze sales data from various perspectives to assess the sales performance. Through the use of filters, you can modify the displayed information dynamically. The Sales Analytics Report consists of three sections: The Filter Toolbar Window, the Graph Window, and the Data Window.

These analytics can be found under:

Home > Selling > Key Reports

1. Sales Analytics Report

Go to Selling > Analytics > Sales Analytics.

The toolbar offers filters for choosing the desired data. By utilizing the dropdown options, one can refine the displayed data. As the selections are made, both the data window and the graph window reflect the chosen data.

In the data window, one can expand or compress the data for analysis by selecting or deselecting each box. There are no limitations on data comparison, so it is possible to compare a higher level with a lower level.

By clicking on the ‘Set Chart‘ button, you have the ability to define values for the X and Y fields, select different chart types, and choose a color.

2. Sales Funnel Report

Go to Selling > Analytics.

The “Sales Funnel” report furnishes an analysis of sales generation, illustrating the progression of stages within the sales process. It encompasses four stages leading to a Sales Order: Active Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, and Converted (indicating conversion to a Customer).

  • Active Leads displays the total number of Leads across all stages.
  • Opportunities reveals the number of Leads for which an Opportunity was established.
  • Quotation indicates the number of Leads for which a Quotation was issued.
  • Converted denotes the number of Leads for which both a Quotation and Sales Order were generated.

Typically, earlier stages encompass the latter stages. However, if an earlier stage is bypassed, results may appear counterintuitive, such as two Quotations stemming from a single Opportunity (due to the non-compulsory nature of creating an Opportunity first).

Upon selecting a date range, the graph is refreshed to reflect changes along with their corresponding labels.

3. Customer Acquisition and Loyalty Report

Go to Selling > Analytics.

To comprehend revenue, examining data from the perspectives of new customers and existing customers can be beneficial. This report aids in visualizing customer loyalty and comprises two sections: the Filter Window and the Data Window.

Within the Filter Window, users can apply filters based on company and date ranges. The Data Window is dynamically updated as filters are applied.

The Data Window presents columns of information, offering various functionalities:

  1. Moving columns: Columns can be rearranged by clicking on the column headings and dragging them to the desired position.
  2. Sorting: Data within columns can be sorted by clicking on the right-hand side of a column heading, providing options for ascending, descending, resetting sorting, or removing a column.
  3. Filtering: Text boxes below the column headings function as instant filters. Entering a value in these boxes will display all matching records.

Additionally, under Key Reports, there are reports available for Inactive Customers, Ordered Items to Be Delivered, Salesperson-wise Transaction Summary, Item-wise Sales History, Quotation Trends, and Sales Order Trends in the Selling module.

In the Other Reports section there are reports for the following:

  • Lead Details
  • Customer Addresses and Contacts
  • BOM Search
  • Available Stock for Packing Items
  • Pending SO Items for Purchase Request
  • Customer Credit Balance
  • Customers Without Any Sales Transactions
  • Sales Partners Commission
