Sales Stage

A Sales Stage denotes the position an opportunity holds within the sales cycle.

Typically, high-value deals progress through several stages before finalizing a sale. It’s necessary to nurture high-value opportunities over time before successfully closing a deal.

You have the ability to create sales stages, and for each opportunity, you can designate the stage it currently occupies and update it as you nurture the opportunity. This provides you with an overview of the distribution of opportunities across various stages.

To access Sales Stage, go to:

Home > CRM > Settings > Sales Stage

1. How to Create a Sales Stage

  1. Go to the Sales Stage and click on New.
  2. Enter the Stage Name.

The system allows you to maintain a list of different sales stages.
