Setting Employee-wise Leave Approver
Scenario: Establishing a Leave Approver for Each Employee
Instructions:
- Access the Employee master.
- Within the “Attendance and Leave Details” section, designate the Leave Approver for the specific Employee.
- Allocate a Leave Policy to the Employee via the Employee master and provide leave entitlements through the Leave Period.
- Generate a new Leave Application for the Employee. The system automatically retrieves the assigned Leave Approver for that specific Employee.
Note: If a Department is assigned to the Employee and Leave Approvers are configured within that Department, those Leave Approvers will also be included in the Leave Application. Nonetheless, the primary Leave Approver will always be the one designated in the Employee master.
For instance, suppose a Leave Approver is designated within the Department. In this case, if an Employee from this Department submits a Leave Application, all the Leave Approvers designated for this Department will also be included in their Leave Application.
