Short closing a Sales Order in BizCentric functions similarly to deleting the Sales Order entirely, rendering it unable to undergo any further transactions unless reopened.

To execute a short close, simply access the Sales Order and click on the “Close” option under Status. However, for efficiency purposes, there may be instances where you need to close multiple Sales Orders simultaneously. In such cases, adhere to the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Sales Order List.
2. Choose the Sales Orders you wish to short close.
3. Access the menu and select “Close.”

This action will simultaneously close all the selected Sales Orders in bulk.

Should you need to reopen any closed Sales Orders, simply select them and navigate to Menu > Re-open.
