Student Admission is a document that can be set up to commence the admission process for your institution by making it available on the website generated by BizCentric.

2. How to create a Student Admission
- Go to Student Admission list and click on New.
- Select the Academic Year for the Student Admission.
- Enter the Application Form Route. This is the navigation URL for the Online Admission portal.
- Save.
Once the Student Admission has been saved, you will be able to see a link on the left sidebar, saying See on Website. This link will allow you to see the Student Admission Portal on BizCentric generated website.
2.1. Additional Details while creating a Student Admission
- Title: Provide a title for the Student Admission Portal
- Route: Specify a preferred path that will become the URL extension for the admission portal.
- Admission Start Date: Choose the date to commence the online Admission Process.
- Admission End Date: Set the deadline for applying to the online Admission Process.
- Publish on Website: Enable this option when the portal content is prepared, and the Admission Process is ready to be initiated on the website.
2.2. Eligibility And Details
- Program: Specify the program for which admissions are being solicited.
- Minimum Age: Input the estimated birth date of the youngest individual eligible for admission to the program.
- Maximum Age: Input the estimated birth date of the oldest individual eligible for admission to the program.
- Application Fee: Optionally set the application fee for the selected program.
- Naming Series: Define the naming series based on which the forms of the Admission Seekers will be named and ordered.
- Introduction: Provide a concise introduction to the admission process to better inform prospective applicants.
