3.1 Online Application via a Web Form
When a student applies online, a Student Applicant is automatically generated. This functionality is facilitated through the Student Applicant Web Form, which is preconfigured within the system. To access a list of all web forms in the system, simply search for “Web Form List” in the awesome bar.
Upon application, the default status of the application is “Applied.” You have the option to either “Approve” or “Reject” the application.
Once an application is approved, you can proceed to “Enroll” the student into a program. Upon clicking the “Enroll” button, the system will create a student record based on the applicant’s details and redirect you to the Program Enrollment form.
Note: After a student record is created from the student applicant, the application status will automatically be set to ‘Admitted’. Subsequently, you won’t be able to modify the application status unless the student record is deleted.
