Student Log

The student log functions as a diary for students, allowing all their logs and other notes to be documented.

It can be utilized to record the student’s performance in various aspects such as General, Academic, Medical, or Achievement terms.

2. How to create a Student Log

  1. Go to Student Log List and click on New.
  2. Enter the Student ID. The moment you do this, the name of the student will automatically be fetched.
  3. Save.

3.1. Additional Options while creating a Student Log

Category: You can specify the category of the Log being created for the student, which may include General, Academic, Medical, or Achievement logs. Here are some examples of situations where you might create a log for the student:

  • General: Noting exceptional behavior throughout the day or instances where the student slept during class.
  • Academic: Documenting performance on surprise tests, whether they achieved a high or low score.
  • Medical: Recording instances such as the student skipping lunch or reporting a medical issue.
  • Achievement: Recognizing accomplishments such as scoring a goal for the team in a football match.

Date: You can choose the date on which the log entry was made.

Academic Year: Select the academic session for which this log is being recorded.

Academic Term: Choose the term during which this log is being documented.

Program: Indicate the Program in which the student is enrolled.

Student Batch: Select the batch to which the student belongs.

Log: This field allows you to input your notes or observations about the student for the respective log category.
