At this stage, you have the option to include a Shipping Rule for the items listed in the quotation. To incorporate taxes into your Quotation, you can either choose a Sales Taxes and Charges Template or input the taxes manually within the Sales Taxes and Charges table. The cumulative taxes and charges will then be presented beneath the table. Clicking on Tax Breakup will reveal a breakdown of all components and their respective amounts.

Tax Category

The Tax category is associated with a Tax Rule. This Tax Category can be allocated to a customer, ensuring that when that specific customer is chosen, the corresponding Tax Category is retrieved. Consequently, this action retrieves the Sales Tax Template linked to the Tax Rule, automatically populating the rows within the Tax table. The Tax Category serves to group customers who are subject to the same tax application.
