Students can monitor their progress directly on the portal without accessing the desk. However, for instructors and other BizCentric users, the following document types are utilized to track student progress:

• Program Enrollment
• Course Enrollment
• Course Activity
• Quiz Activity

Program Enrollment

When ‘Allow Self Enroll’ is activated for a specific program, an entry is automatically generated on behalf of the student. Each student is limited to a single program enrollment for each program. You can learn more about program enrollment here.

Course Enrollment

For each course within a program, a course enrollment record is generated automatically.

Only one course enrollment is created for a student for a specific program and its associated courses. If a course is added to the program at a later time, the student will be automatically enrolled in the course upon their next portal visit.

Course Activity

Every time a student navigates through non-quiz type content within a course, a course activity is generated. This activity is created only once per content item.

Quiz Activity

For every quiz attempt made while the student is permitted to do so, a quiz activity is generated. This document type contains comprehensive details about the attempt, including the selected options for each question, the attempt date, the quiz result, and the duration taken to complete, if the quiz has a time constraint.
